Topps Heritage auto cards are the most coveted of the Topps Heritage cards. Each year, there are blue ink auto cards, and the rarer red ink auto cards.
Topps Heritage Auto cards include current players and players from the year that the set is based on, for example the 2008 Topps Heritage set which is based on the 1959 Topps set has auto cards from players who had cards in the 1959 set. There are also Clubhouse Collection relic auto cards that include a piece of game used material or a piece of an old stadium seat and an autograph. The one of one cut signature cards represent the king of Topps Heritage auto cards. Cut signature cards can be from former baseball stars or from other famous figures such as presidents.
